LTL Shippers,

We are extremely thankful for your patience these last two weeks. On September 13th, Roadrunner’s primary data center was hit by an outside attack. Our company immediately shut down computer systems and disabled connections in order to minimize the impact.

Our IT team, with the help of expert outside resources, continues to work 24/7 to restore full functionality to our systems as quickly and safely as possible. We are very appreciative and proud of their hard work since the attack. We also recognize the effort from our team members, drivers and independent contractors who kept operations moving during the data center outage and maintained a positive,
can-do attitude.

Despite this event, Roadrunner Freight continues to be on track for some exciting technology enhancements in the months to come! Keep reading and follow us on social media for the latest company updates.
